German print service provider Labelisten has expanded its range of services and invested in an HP Indigo 25K Digital Pouch Factory at its headquarters in Pfaffenreuth.
Founded in 2003 and based in Marktredwitz, Germany, Labelisten is a digital label printing company specialising in private labelling applications in short runs, as well as economical label printing in high-variety, but small batches. Labelisten boasts a wide customer base, primarily consisting of businesses from the food supplement industry and regional manufacturing enterprises from the food and cosmetics industries.
Labelisten has now extended its offering and invested in an HP Indigo 25K Digital Pouch Factory for on-demand production of flexible packaging. This relies on the combination of an HP Indigo 25K digital press, a Karlville PackReady thermal laminator and a Karlville KS-DSUP-400 pouchmaking line.
With its latest investment, the company is now able to produce digitally printed pouches and roll stock in an environmentally friendly manner within a short timeframe.
Frank Plechschmidt, Labelisten owner, commented, ‘We are very proud to launch Germany’s first HP Indigo 25K Digital Pouch Factory. The investment emphasises our commitment to sustainability. Moreover, we are convinced that we have kick-started the digitalisation of the packaging industry.’
